Submit your maintenance request via Appfolio and a vendor will be contacted. If you have not heard from a vendor within 48 business hours, or if you have an emergency repair need that occurs after hours or on the weekend, please call (910)222-7368 and submit your request to our 24/7 call center that includes your name, contact information, the property address, and the nature of the problem..

If you are experiencing a life threatening emergency please call 911 immediately.

Important

Repair or damage caused by a tenant's negligence or misuse is the tenant's responsibility. In such cases, repairs will be made, and the tenant will be charged for the cost of the labor and materials.

Release of Key

If you will not authorize the release of a key to the vendor, you will need to be available to give the vendor access to the property.
