If you have not heard from a vendor within 48 business hours, or if you have an emergency repair need that occurs after hours or on the weekend, please call (910)222-7368 and leave a detailed voicemail that includes your name, contact information, the property address, and the nature of the problem.

Repair or damage caused by a tenant's negligence or misuse is the tenant's responsibility. In such cases, repairs will be made, and the tenat will be charged for the cost of the labor and materials.
I understand that if I will not authorize the release of a key to the vendor, I will need to be available to give the vendor access to the property.
